We think food is brilliant, but it’s definitely better as a shared experience – whether with family, friends, or whoever you’re dining with. Our relaxed serving style on handmade oak boards will get your guests socialising and engaging, and certainly admiring the beauty of the food. This popular way of eating is something we love to do as it provides a variety of flavours and encourages guests to interact with the food – and each other.

We also have our 'Carve Your Own' section which brings some fun into the wedding breakfast. Your friends and family will be in charge of carving their own food served on our wooden serve boards and carving equipment. It's just like Sharing Boards but with a fun twist, take a look!

Endless Combinations

Our sharing boards are an excellent way to enhance a relaxed and interactive atmosphere amongst your loved ones. From a fresh local seafood starter board with homebaked sourdough, perfect for that summers day wedding. Followed by low & slow smokey meat board complimented with fresh and vibrant salads.  

Or try our antipasti board all produce flown in from Verona for your big day, with our fresh salami, Milano, chorizo and prosciutto meats.

To close the evening with something sweet, taste our dessert sharing board with items like zingy Mango and Passionfruit panna cotta to double chocolate brownies with jugs of salted caramel sauce. All garnished with Edible Flowers, Macaroons and Truffles.

The combinations are endless, but don’t worry if you’re overwhelmed – we will be more than happy to create a bespoke board to match the theme of your event.

Our menus are bespoke to each customers tastes and preferences. We can adapt the menu to suit any dietary requirements and allergies if needed. Our menus are always changing and evolving based on seasonality produce of our local suppliers and what is growing on our very own land.

We can’t promise the British weather but we can promise you’ll love our BBQ menu. Slow cooked for hours in our smoker oven for a smoky feast, or cooked directly onto the flames whatever your style, we will bring a taste of summer to your wedding with our BBQ and Smoked wedding catering sharing boards.

Here at Fossil Food Catering we celebrate all things vegetarian and vegan. That is why we created a whole sharing board full of veggie goodness! Gone are the days when the veggie option was just some unimaginative plate of limp leaves and a tad of dressing (if you are lucky!). We care a lot about where our produce comes from that is why we carefully source the best local goods and home grow a lot on our very own land. Each board comes with side dishes to share too. All of the below can be adapted to vegan but making a few small amendments.
