For us, service lives in those small details guests remember long after the plates are cleared. It might be noticing a favourite canapé and bringing another at just the right time, fetching a glass of water for the father of the bride before his speech, or fixing Grandma a much-needed cup of tea exactly how she likes it.

At the start of each season, we design a newly curated selection of sustainable, produce-led dishes that feel vibrant, celebratory, and rooted in ingredients at their peak.
Alternatively, we would be delighted to create an entirely bespoke menu, with your vision in mind, often taking inspiration from your life story, favourite foods and memorable experiences.
